James is a highly experienced corporate, commercial and retail banker with over 30 years experience. He has held various roles at NatWest Group, Santander and latterly Metro Bank specialising in relationship lending and leadership roles. After completing her A-Levels, Olivia joined Independent Lending as an Apprentice in 2015. She quickly completed her apprenticeship and has now completed her Mortgage qualifications and has been a Mortgage Adviser for Independent Lending since 2021. Olivia has become a respected member of the team and provides valuable advice and support to our clients. She has recently been appointed as a Director of Independent Lending and is committed to providing high levels of customer service for our clients.

Tom joined the Independent Lending Team as a mortgage administrator in July 2024 after graduating from New Buckinghamshire University. He has now completed his Mortgage qualifications and has been a Mortgage Adviser for Independent Lending since 2025. Tom is an invaluable member of the team providing excellent customer service to our Residential and Commercial clients..

Megan is the newest member of the team having joined Independent Lending in 2025. Megan has a background in customer service and is already providing excellent client service and administrative support to our Mortgage Director.

Ashley joined the Independent Lending team in May 2024 and has extensive experience working and supervising in Mortgages and Finance. She has recently spent some time developing and managing the family bakery business but was keen to return to Financial Services use her knowledge and skills providing a service she is passionate about.

Ashley delivers high levels of customer service to all our clients and provides administrative support to the Commercial Finance Director.
